This research aims to study the behaviour of creative innovation and compare complex behavior rukrawang engineer that has likely positive slant and affiliation to different agencies. By using a sample, consisting of an engineer of the electricity generating authority of Thailand in Mae Mo power plant and mine the amount of 273 people in Mae Mo select samples at random to be performed using a class chart proportionally (proportional stratified sampling), the tool used in this research is composed of. The query demographic characteristics the positive trend measuring skew the measurement of innovation and creative habits, behavior, proactive data analysis measurements performed using descriptive statistics (descriptive statistics), to describe characteristics of samples and analysis of variance (one-way MANOVA) multiples the only way to test the hypothesis of the research.The results showed that 1. tilt the engineer positive trends are different. With creative innovation behaviour differs significantly (p < .01) statistics.2. the engineer that has positive skew trend is different. With proactive behaviour differs significantly (p < .01) statistics.3. engineers are in charge of different agencies with creative, innovative behaviour is not different. 4. the engineers that were affiliated with different proactive behaviour is not different.
