การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการผลิตในระบบเกษตรและการจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงภูมิอากาศและการสร้างความมั่นคงทางอาหารต่อการใช้น้ำในการทำเกษตรของเกษตรกรในตำบลด่านแม่คำมัน อำเภอลับแล จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ เพื่อศึกษาวิถีการผลิตในระบบเกษตรและการจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงภูมิอากาศและการสร้างความมั่นคงทางอาหารต่อการใช้น้ำในการทำเกษตรของเกษตรกรในตำบลด่านแม่คำมัน อำเภอลับแล จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ เพื่อจัดทำข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายต่อหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการผลิตในระบบเกษตรและการจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงภูมิอากาศและการสร้างความมั่นคงทางอาหารต่อการใช้น้ำในการทำเกษตรของเกษตรกรในตำบลด่านแม่คำมัน อำเภอลับแล จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่เกษตรกรในพื้นที่ จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ค่าความถี่ , ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
1. สภาพการผลิตในระบบเกษตรและการจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงภูมิอากาศและการสร้างความมั่นคงทางอาหารต่อการใช้น้ำในการทำเกษตรของเกษตรกรในตำบลด่านแม่คำมัน พบว่า ประสบปัญหาด้านการใช้น้ำ ในระดับมาก ใช้สารเคมีในการผลิตอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ประสบปัญหาด้านผลผลิตตกต่ำอยู่
2.วิถีการผลิต พบว่า เกษตรกรต้องการใช้น้ำในการผลิตอาหาร อยู่ในระดับมาก เกษตรกรต้องการเพาะปลูกพืชที่มีคุณภาพสูง ใช้เทคโนโลยีทางการเกษตรในการผลิต ใช้เครื่องมือว่านผลผลิตที่ทันสมัย ประสบปัญหาด้านการลงทุน การทำการเกษตรของเกษตรกรใช้แนวทางการผลิตแบบสมัยใหม่ ประสบปัญหาจากการขาดแคลนน้ำในการผลิต
3.ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายต่อหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้ามาส่งเสริมและให้ความรู้ในการทำ สนับสนุนให้เกษตรกรรวมกลุ่มแปรรูปผลผลิตในการเกษตรและการใช่ปุ๋ย การจัดอบรมให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้น้ำให้รู้คุณค่า เกษตรกรต้องศึกษาความรู้หรือร่วมกันหาทางแก้ไขจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องหรือรวมกลุ่มกันหาแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆที่เกิดผลกระทบต่อผลผลิตของเกษตรกร
ผู้วิจัยสนใจที่จะทำการศึกษาวิถีการผลิตในระบบเกษตรกรและการจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงภูมิอากาศและการสร้างความมั่นคงทางอาหารต่อการใช้น้ำในการทำการเกษตรในตำบลด่านแม่คำมัน อำเภอลับแล จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ในการศึกษาเพื่อศึกษาสภาพการผลิตในระบบเกษตรและการจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงภูมิอากาศและการสร้างความมั่นคงทางอาหารต่อการใช้น้ำในการทำเกษตรของเกษตรกร วิถีการผลิตในระบบเกษตรและการจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงภูมิอากาศและการสร้างความมั่นคงทางอาหารต่อการใช้น้ำในการทำเกษตรของเกษตรกรตลอดจนจัดทำข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายต่อหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการผลิตในระบบเกษตรและการจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงภูมิอากาศและการสร้างความมั่นคงทางอาหารต่อการใช้น้ำในการทำเกษตรของเกษตรกรโดยผลจากการศึกษาครั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยคาดหวังว่าจะสามารถก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์แก่หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงภูมิอากาศและการสร้างความมั่นคงทางอาหารต่อการใช้น้ำในการทำการเกษตรซึ่งจะส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาเกษตรกรรมและการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของเกษตรกรของประเทศไทยในอนาคต
