การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเรื่องความสามารถในการให้บริการที่มีต่อลักษณะการให้บริการของผู้ให้ บริการด้านโลจิสติกส์ การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถในการให้บริการของผู้ให้บริการด้านโลจิสติกส์ และเพื่อศึกษาความสามารถในการให้บริการที่มีผลต่อลักษณะการให้บริการของผู้ให้บริการด้านโลจิสติกส์

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ประกอบธุรกิจในประเทศไทยที่ขึ้นทะเบียนกับกรมการส่งออก ส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้ผลิตและจำหน่าย จำนวน 278 บริษัท เป็นประเภทอุตสาหกรรมอื่นๆ เช่น เฟอร์นิเจอร์ อิเล็กทรอนิคส์ เคมีคอล จำนวน 239 บริษัท มีทุนจดทะเบียน 0.3 ถึง 160 ล้านบาท จำนวน 356 บริษัท ตั้งอยู่ที่ภาคกลาง จำนวน 246 บริษัท มีจำนวนพนักงาน 1 ถึง 180 คน จำนวน 349 บริษัทมีระดับรายได้ 1 ถึง 180 ล้านบาทต่อปี จำนวน 327 บริษัท ก่อตั้งกิจการเป็นระยะเวลา 6 ถึง 10 ปี จำนวน 168 บริษัท พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ประกอบธุรกิจในประเทศไทยที่ขึ้นทะเบียนกับกรมการส่งออก ให้ความ สำคัญในด้านการเลือกประเภทการ ให้บริการของผู้ให้บริการด้านโลจิสติกส์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยให้ความสำคัญในการเลือกประเภทการให้บริการด้านความรวดเร็วและความปลอดภัย มากที่สุด
