เนื่องในวันที่ 12 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ.2558 เวลา 08:00 - 14:00 น. จะมีการจัดตรวจสุขภาพพนักงานทุกคน จึงขอให้จากพนักงานทุกคนงดดื่มน้ำและทานอาหารเป็นเวลา 6 – 8 ชั่วโมง หรือตั้งแต่ช่วงหลัง 24:00 น. ของคืนวันที่ 11 พฤศจิกายน เพื่อให้ผลการตรวจออกมาถูกต้องแม่นยำ และขอความร่วมมือจากพนักงานให้มาเข้ารับการตรวจสุขภาพทุกคน หากใครไม่สามารถมาในวันและเวลาดังกล่าวได้ กรุณาแจ้งล่วงหน้าก่อนวันตรวจเป็นเวลา 7 วัน
