๖. ผู้ขายยอมรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่

๖. ผู้ขายยอมรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องหรือขัดข้องของสิ่งของตามสัญญานี้ เป็นเวลา.............ปี.............เดือน นับแต่วันที่ผู้ซื้อได้รับมอบ โดยให้นับวันรับมอบเป็นวันเริ่มต้นและภายในกำหนดเวลาดังกล่าว หากสิ่งของตามสัญญานี้เกิดชำรุดบกพร่อง หรือขัดข้องอันเนื่องมาจากการใช้งานตามปกติ ผู้ขายจะต้องจัดการซ่อมแซมหรือแก้ไขให้อยู่ในสภาพที่ใช้การได้ดีดังเดิมภายใน.............วัน นับแต่วันที่ได้รับแจ้งจากผู้ซื้อโดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น โดยให้นับวันที่ได้รับแจ้งเป็นวันเริ่มต้น
