ฟ้า พูลวรลักษณ์ เกิด 16 พฤษภาคม 2496 จบการศึกษาระดับมัธยม จากโรงเรียนสหคุณศึกษา ทำ A Level ที่ King College เมือง Poole,UK จากนั้นได้เข้าศึกษาต่อในสาขาคณิตศาสตร์ ระดับปริญญาตรีที่ Warwick University ประเทศอังกฤษ แต่เรียนไม่จบ ปัจจุบันใช้ชีวิตอยู่ในกรุงเทพมหานคร
