วันที่ 27 กันยายน 2014 พวกเราเดินทางไปที่วัดพระสิงห์เป็นอับดับแรก แต่นักท่องเที่ยวไม่เยอะ เราจึงไปแถวๆประตูเชียงใหม่ เพราะวันนี้มีถนนคนเดิน ซึ่งนักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติจะมาเที่ยวเยอะ แต่ตอนที่พวกเราไปถึงประมาณ4โมง ยังไม่ค่อยมีคนมาเดินเท่าไร เราจึงนั่งแถวๆลานอาหาร แต่ก็สังเกตชาวต่างชาติที่น่าจะเป็นคน USA หรือ UK นั่งไปเรื่อยประมาณชั่วโมงหนึ่ง กระทั่งมีชาวต่างชาติผู้ชายคนหนึ่งเดินมานั่งโต๊ะตรงข้ามกับพวกเรา เขามาคนเดียว และสั่งข้าวมันไก่มาทาน เรานั่งจนกระทั่งเขากินเสร็จ เรายังไม่แน่ใจว่าเขาจะใช่คนUSA หรือUK ไหม พวกเรากังวลนิดหน่อยว่าเขาจะยอมให้สัมภาษณ์หรือเปล่า แต่ก็ตัดสินใจเข้าไปถามเขา ว่าคุณพอมีเวลาไหม ฉันเป็นนักศึกษาที่กำลังทำรายงานสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับต่างประเทศอยู่ เขาตอบตกลง เขายินดีที่จะให้สัมภาษณ์
