โรคมือ เท้า ปาก พบมากในเด็กอายุน้อยกว่า5ปี ผู้ดูแลเด็กจึงควรมีความรู้และการปฏิบัติที่ถูกต้องในการป้องกันโรค วิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ1) ศึกษาความรู้ การปฏิบัติ และหามาตรการร่วมกันในการป้องกันโรค มือ เท้า ปากในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ประชากร คือ ผู้ดูแลเด็ก ในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก อำเภอโพนนาแก้ว จังหวัดสกลนคร จำนวน 61คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ จำนวน ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา
