การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาบทเรียน E-learning ที่มีฐานความช่วยเหลือทางการเรียน เรื่อง การสร้างเว็บไซต์ด้วยโปรแกรม Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 2)เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรู้ก่อนและหลังใช้บทเรียน E-learning ที่มีฐานความช่วยเหลือทางการเรียน เรื่อง การสร้างเว็บไซต์ด้วยโปรแกรม Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้บทเรียน E-learning ที่มีฐานความช่วยเหลือทางการเรียน โดยนำไปทดลองใช้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่งเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนบ้านสะแกงามที่กำลังเรียนอยู่ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวนนักเรียน 35 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) (กัลยา วาณิชย์บัญชา, 2548 : 24) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทำวิจัยได้แก่ บทเรียน E-learning ที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นให้ได้ตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 แบบทดสอบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนและแบบความพึงพอใจ จากนั้นนำมาวิเคราะห์เพื่อหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) บทเรียนที่ 1 เรื่อง พื้นฐานก่อนสร้างเว็บไซต์ มีประสิทธิภาพ 85.49/84.86 บทเรียนที่ 2 เรื่อง ภาพสวยด้วยโปรแกรม Adobe Photoshop CS3 มีประสิทธิภาพ 87.81/87.43 บทเรียนที่ 3 เรื่อง การออกแบบเบนเนอร์และเว็บเพจ มีประสิทธิภาพ 88.86/86.57 2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3) นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียนโดยใช้บทเรียน E-learning เรื่อง การสร้างเว็บไซต์ด้วยโปรแกรม Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
