สถานีเกษตรหลวงอ่างขาง เป็นสถานีวิจัยแห่งแรกของโครงการหลวง ตั้งอยู่ตำบลแม่งอน อำเภอฝาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ มีความสูงจากระดับน้ำทะ 1,400 เมตร เปลี่ยนพื้นที่จากไร่ฝิ่นมาเป็นแปลงเกษตรเมืองหนาว


กิจกรรมท่องเที่ยวบนดอยอ่างขาง ได้แก่…

การเดินทางสู่ดอยอ่างขางสามารถเดินทางได้ 2 เส้นทาง

• เส้นทางที่ 1 จากตัวเมืองเชียงใหม่ใช้เส้นทางหลวงหมายเลข 107 สายเชียงใหม่-ฝาง เลี้ยวซ้ายทางแยกตำบลเมืองงาย ตรงเข้าเส้นทางหลวงหมายเลข 1178 ผ่านบ้านอรุโณทัยไปยังศูนย์ฯ

• เส้นทางที่ 2 จากตัวเมืองเชียงใหม่ ใช้เส้นทางหลวงหมายเลข 107 สายเชียงใหม่-ฝาง ถึงกิโลเมตร 137 แยกบ้านปางควาย เลี้ยวซ้ายเข้าทางหลวงหมายเลข 1249 ตรงไปประมาณ 25 กิโลเมตร
