การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพและผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนด้วย Application เรื่องการรายงานรูปร่างลักษณะของเม็ดเลือดแดง โดยคณะผู้วิจัยได้สร้าง Mobile application โดยอาศัยเทคนิคการเขียนโปรแกรมบน Adobe dreamweaver เพื่อใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการจัดการเรียนการสอนเรื่อง Red cell grading และได้ประเมินคุณภาพของบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนในกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นนักศึกษาคณะเทคนิคการแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 4 มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ จำนวน 30 รายซึ่งผลการเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์พบว่า เป็นไปตามสมมติฐาน นั่นคือสามารถที่จะช่วยวัดผลทางการเรียนได้ และทดสอบประสิทธิภาพว่า ผ่านการประเมิน (E1/E2>75/75) ดังนั้นจึงสรุปได้ว่า บทเรียนสำเร็จรูปคอมพิวเตอร์สามารนำไปใช้ในการเรียนการสอนวิชาโลหิตวิทยาได้และความพึงพอใจกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีต่อสื่อการสอนค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.2 จากคะแนนเต็ม 5 ซึ่งจัดอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี
