โครงงานเรื่องปลูกผักรักโลก เป็นโครงงานจัดทำขึ้นเพื่อให้นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ทุกคน ได้มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการปลูกผักเพื่อใช้ในครัวเรือน ในลักษณะงานกลุ่ม โดยการสืบค้นข้อมูลทางอินเทอร์เน็ต หรือจากเอกสารต่างๆ แล้วนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาจัดทำเป็นสมุดเล่มเล็ก แล้วนำเสนอข้อมูลของตนเองต่อไป
จากการทำโครงงานเรื่องปลูกผักรักโลก พบว่านักเรียนทุกคนสามารถเรียนรู้โครงงานเรื่องนี้เป็นภาษาอังกฤษได้ผลงานที่ดี มีหัวข้อในการศึกษาค้นคว้าได้แก่ การปลูกผักสวนครัวตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว การรักษาความสมดุลของระบบนิเวศ วิธีการปลูกผัก ประโยชน์ของการปลูกผักสวนครัวและการรักษาสมดุลทางธรรมชาติ เป็นต้น นอกจากนี้ นักเรียนยังสามารถนำเสนอความรู้ใหม่ๆ แก่เพื่อนคนอื่นๆ ที่อยู่ในชั้นเรียนได้อีกด้วย ทำให้ทุกคนได้แลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ร่วมกัน
