เพื่อการปลอมแปลงสติ๊กเกอร์และปรับปรุงข้อมูลผู้ใช้รถในอาคารชุดให้ทันสมัย ฝ่ายจัดการจึงมีนโยบายที่จะต้องเปลี่ยนสติ๊กเกอร์ใหม่ทุกปี ดังนั้นฝ่ายจัดการจึงใคร่ขอความร่วมมือผู้ที่มีสติ๊กเกอร์รถยนต์/รถจักยานยนต์ (กระดาษเคลือบแข็ง) ของนิติบุคคลอาคารชุดลัดดาคอนโดวิวทุกท่าน ให้นำสติ๊กเกอร์ของท่านมายื่นที่สำนักงานนิติบุคคลเพื่อขอรับสติ๊กเกอร์ใหม่ของปี 2558 ซึ่งมีค่าใช้จ่ายดังนี้

โดยสติ๊กเกอร์เก่า ( กระดาษเคลือบแข็ง ) จะหมดอายุลงและอนุญาตให้ใช้ได้ถึง วันที่ 15 กุมภาพันธ์ 2558 หลังจากนั้นท่านใดที่ใช้สติ๊กเกอร์เก่าและไม่มีสติ๊กเกอร์ใหม่ จะต้องใช้คีย์การ์ดในการผ่านเข้า/ออกที่ป้อม รปภ หรือแลกบัตรเท่านั้น
