2.เงินค่าเที่ยว/ค่าโอที ในแต่ละเดือนถูกจ่ายไม่ครบมีขาดบ้างและพนักงานก็ได้เข้าไปติดตามกับเจ้าหน้าที่ที่รับผิดชอบก็แจ้งให้รอก่อนจะติดตามให้ ซึ่งในบางครั้งก็ได้บางครั้งก็ปล่อยหลุดไป
3.สาขาสีลม บางนา พระราม2 ไม่ได้ค่าขนถ่ายสินค้าแต่พนักงาน พดส.ได้รับค่าขนถ่าย โดยลักษณะงานกรณีส่งสินค้าที่ใช้รถแม่ลูก จะต้องตัดแม่เพื่อไปส่งสินค้าก่อนแล้วค่อยมาขนถ่ายสินค้าจากลูกไปใส่แม่อีกครั้ง โดยพนักงานพดส.และพนักงานเคลื่อนย้ายสินค้าทำร่วมกัน
4.ในบางสาขาที่ลงสินค้ายาก เช่นสุขาภิบาล3 ราม เสนา บางแค แจ้งหัวหน้างานขอคนเพิ่มแต่ยังไม่ได้คนเพิ่มโดยหัวหน้างานบอกว่าจะได้คนเพิ่มก็ต่อเมื่อมีพนักงานบาดเจ็บ
