การวิจัยเรื่องการพัฒนาระบบไฟล์วอลล์จัดการผู้ใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตในสถานศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้ออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบโดยใช้ทฤษฎี SDLC และใช้โปรแกรมประเภทโอเพนซอร์สมาเป็นเครื่องมือในการพัฒนาระบบ เมื่อพัฒนาระบบเสร็จได้นำมาทดสอบประเมินผลหาประสิทธิภาพของระบบ โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย กลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านคอมพิวเตอร์และผู้ดูแลระบบ จำนวน 5 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างของผู้ใช้งานทั่วไป จำนวน 25 คน ทำการประเมิน 4 ด้าน คือ Functional Requirement Test ,Functional Test ,Usability Test , Performance Test ผลการศึกษาพบว่าผลการประเมิน สรุปผลการประเมินจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านคอมพิวเตอร์และผู้ดูแลระบบ ได้ค่าเฉลี่ยของระดับประสิทธิภาพของระบบ เท่ากับ 4.37 ซึ่งสามารถแปลความได้ ว่าอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่ดี แสดงว่าระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมามีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับดี ผลการประเมินความคิดเห็นของผู้ใช้งานทั่วไป ได้ค่าเฉลี่ยของระดับประสิทธิภาพของระบบ เท่ากับ 4.43 ซึ่งสามารถแปลความได้ว่าอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่ดี แสดงว่าระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมามีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับดี
