เงินเดือน/ค่าจ้าง
5.1.บริษัทฯ จะจ่างเงินเดือนขั้นต้นให้แก่พนักงานจำนวน 9000 บาท และเมื่อพนักงานผ่านการทดลองงาน จะได้รับการบรรจุเป็นพนักงานประจำ สำหรับระยะเวลาการทำงานของพนักงาน เงินเดือนจะถูกหัก ภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย และเงินสมทบ ตามกฏหมายเข้ากองทุนประกันสังคม และเงินหักลดหรือเงินสมทบอื่นๆ ที่กฏหมายกำหนดไว้
5.2.บริษัทฯ และพนักงานตกลงว่า เงินหรือเบี้ยเลี้ยงใดๆ ที่บริษัทฯ จ่ายให้แก่พนักงานนอกเหนือไปจากเงินเดือน มิใช่ค่าจ้างตามกฏหมายคุ้มครองแรงงานที่ใช้บังคับ
5.3.พนักงานยินยอมให้บริษัทฯ หักเงินจากเงินเดือน ค่าล่วงเวลา ค่าทำงานในวันหยุดและค่าล่วงเวลาในวันหยุดของพนักงาน เพื่อนำไปจ่ายเงินดังต่อไปนี้
5.3.1. ภาษีเงินได้ของพนักงาน
5.3.2. หนี้สินของพนักงานที่เป็นไปเพื่อสวัสดิการซึ่งเป็นประโยชน์ต่อพนักงานฝ่ายเดียว
5.3.3. หลักประกันการทำงานหรือสำหรับความเสียหายในขณะที่ทำงาน หรือเงินเพื่อชดใช้ค่าเสียหายสำหรับความเสียหายที่พนักงานก่อขึ้นต่อบริษัทฯ ไม่ว่าโดยจงใจหรือด้วยความประมาทเลินเล่ออย่างร้ายแรง
5.3.4. เงินสมทบตามข้อกฏหมายประกันสังคม
5.3.5. พนักงานตกลงว่า บริษัทฯ สามารถจ่ายเงินเดือน ค่าล่วงเวลา ค่าทำงานในวันหยุดและทำงานล่วงเวลาในวันหยุด โดยเช็คหรือด้วยการโอนเข้าบัญชีธนาคารเงินฝากของพนักงานได้
