หลังจากเรียนจบ ได้เริ่มทำงานกับบริษัทชิ้นส่วนรถยนต์ ผมได้เรียนรู้การทำงานเป็นทีม มีการวางแผนก่อนเริ่มงาน เพราะต้องแข่งกับเวลาอยู่เสมอ รวมถึงการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าที่อาจเกิดขึ้นได้ทุกเมื่อ สิ่งเหล่านี้ล้วนสอนผมมา จึงทำให้ผมได้มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ทางด้านนี้เป็นอย่างมากครับ

ทำไมคุณคิดว่าคุณจะรู้สึกพอใจ เมื่อได้ทำงานในตำแหน่งนี้
เพราะงาน Design Part รถยนต์เป็นงานที่ท้าทาย มีการพัฒนาอยู่ตลอดเวลา ต้องใช้ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ เป็นงานที่ไม่จำเจครับ

เคยมีประสบการณ์งานด้านนี้หรือไม่
ไม่เคยครับ งานที่ผมรับผิดชอบจะเป็น 2D โดยใช้โปรแกรม Auto CAD และ Adobe Illustrator ในการเขียน
ช่วงศึกษาเคยเขียน 3D โดยใช้โปรแกรม Autodesk Inventor ในการเขียน แต่จากความรู้และประสบการณ์ที่ผมได้ผ่านมาผมเชื่อมั่นว่าสามารถเรียนรู้ และทำงานนี้ได้อย่างแน่นอน เพราะผมมีใจรักทางด้านออกแบบครับ

ตำแหน่งนี้ต้องมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบอะไรบ้าง
1. ออกแบบโคมไฟรถยนต์
2. เขียนแบบ 3D เพื่อแสดงให้เห็นภาพ Conceptsในการออกแบบ
3. สร้างโมเดลต้นแบบให้ได้ตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด และ มีคุณภาพสูง

- จุดอ่อน คือ เรื่องภาษา พอสื่อสารได้แต่ไม่คล่องมากนัก ผมจึงกำลังจะพัฒนาตัวเอง โดยการศึกษาเพิ่มเติม

อะไรคือสิ่งที่คุณประสบความสำเร็จสูงสุดในชีวิต

คุณคิดอย่างไรกับหัวหน้าคนเก่า
ผมได้เรียนรู้การบริหารเวลาจากหัวหน้า เพราะเขาเป็นคนเคร่งเรื่องเวลาในการส่งงานมาก จึงผลักดันให้ผมต้องมุ่งมั่นตั้งใจที่จะทำให้เสร็จเพื่อให้ตรงต่อเวลา ไม่เลยดิวเดท
