How can i use email notifications in 3ds Max 2014 ?



From: ok i put my text in here like " Renderfarm"
To: Here is my Email Adress "@companyname.com"
SMTP server: What should i type in here ?

in "3ds Max Help" it says "Enter the numeric IP address of the system you use as a mail server."

WHAT ?

I have tried different options but no email will be send Smiley Sad

I have tried [e-mail] but i get no results.
I have also tried so type in the IP adress ...
(ping companyname.com in comandline)

any suggestions ?
