ฉบับที่ 92/2557
เรื่อง การลดอัตราภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม

โดยที่คณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติพิจารณาเห็นเป็นการสมควรลดอัตราภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม เพื่อเป็นการผลักดันและกระตุ้นกลไกทางเศรษฐกิจ ทำให้ประชาชนมีกำลังในการใช้จ่ายเพื่อการอุปโภคบริโภคอันจะทำให้เศรษฐกิจของประเทศขยายตัวได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมั่นคง จึงให้ลดอัตราภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม ดังต่อไปนี้
ข้อ 1 ให้ยกเลิกพระราชกฤษฎีกาออกตามความในประมวลรัษฎากรว่าด้วยการอัตราภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (ฉบับที่ 549) พ.ศ.2555
ข้อ 2 ให้อัตราภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มตามมาตรา 80 แห่งประมวลรัษฎากร และคงจัดเก็บในอัตรา ดังต่อไปนี้
(1) ร้อยละหกจุดสาม สำหรับการขายสินค้า การให้บริการ หรือการนำเข้าทุกกรณี ซึ่งความรับผิดในการเสียภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มเกิดขึ้นตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม พ.ศ.2557 ถึงวันที่ 30 กันยายน พ.ศ.2558
(2) ร้อยละเก้า สำหรับการขายสินค้า การให้บริการ หรือการนำเข้าทุกกรณี ซึ่งความรับผิดในการเสียภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มเกิดขึ้นตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม พ.ศ.2558 เป็นต้นไป
ข้อ 3 ให้ประกาศคณะรักษาคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติฉบับนี้มีผลใช้บังคับเช่นเดียวกับพระราชกฤษฎีกาที่ออกตามความในมาตรา 80 แห่งประมวลรัษฎากร ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมประมวลรัษฎากร (ฉบับที่ 30) พ.ศ.2534
ข้อ 4 ให้รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลังรักษาการตามประกาศคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติฉบับนี้
ข้อ 5 ประกาศคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติฉบับนี้ให้ใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม พ.ศ.2557 เป็นต้นไป
