ตามที่สำนักงานส่งเสริมการจัดประชุมและนิทรรศการ (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ สสปน. ได้จัดกิจกรรม “Meetings Industry Day ๒๕๕๘” วันที่ ๒๖ สิงหาคม ๒๕๕๘ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการจัดประชุมนานาชาติ การจัดประชุม และการท่องเที่ยวเพื่อเป็นรางวัล และเป็นเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นระหว่างผู้มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมการประชุม นั้น

บัดนี้ กิจกรรมได้สำเร็จลุล่วงตามวัตถุประสงค์เป็นที่เรียบร้อย โดยได้รับผลตอบรับเป็นอย่างดี จากผู้เข้าร่วมงานจากหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งภาคราชการ ภาคเอกชน สมาคมวิชาชีพ ผู้ประกอบการ และ สถาบันการศึกษา จากกรุงเทพมหานคร รวมทั้งสิ้นกว่า ๒๐๐ ท่าน
