วิธีการดำเนินงานวิจัย
การวิจัยความเป็นไปได้ในการเปิดสอนวิชาศิลปกรรม สาขาศิลปะการดนตรีของ วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเพชรบุรี นี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative research) เพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย ผู้วิจัยได้กำหนดขั้นตอนในการดำเนินงานการวิจัยและกำหนดรูปแบบวิธีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ซึ่งมี 3 ตอน ดังนี้

ขั้นตอนที่ 2 ศึกษา นโยบาย หลักสูตร บุคลากร งบประมาณ สถานที่ วัสดุ ครุภัณฑ์ ของวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเพชรบุรี พร้อมกับศึกษาข้อคิดเห็นและทัศนคติถึงปัจจัยที่จะเกิดขึ้นกับการเรียนการสอนในหลักสูตรใหม่
ขั้นตอนที่ 3 จัดทำแผนการเตรียมความพร้อมของวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาเพชรบุรี เพื่อเปิดการเรียนการสอนหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ประเภทวิชาศิลปกรรม สาขาศิลปะการดนตรี ประชากรเป้าหมายในการศึกษา
ประชากรเป้าหมายในการศึกษานี้ผู้วิจัยใช้การเลือกแบบเจาะจง โดยใช้เหตุผลหรือหลักเกณฑ์ แบ่งตามวัตถุประสงค์ในการวิจัย ซึ่งประชากรกลุ่มแรกที่คัดเลือกนั้น ผู้วิจัยคัดเลือกจากกลุ่มผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการเปิดการเรียนการสอนในหลักสูตรนี้ เพราะว่าเป็นผู้ที่ทราบถึงข้อมูลทางด้านต่างๆที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการจัดการเรียนการสอนในหลักสูตรนี้ โดยประชากรกลุ่มนี้ มีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 12 คน ประกอบด้วย
