ความเหลื่อมล้ำตอนที่ 1

วันนี้ผมได้ฟังlectureการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจโดยมีเนื้อหาที่น่าสนใจเป็นอย่างมาก ประเด็นที่ฟังเป็นเรื่องเกี่ยวกับความเหลื่อมล้ำโดยเรื่องราวมันเริ่มขึ้นตั้งแต่สมัยปี1950-1960 ที่ระบบเศรษฐกิจยังเน้นไปที่การพัฒนารายได้โดยนักพัฒนาสมัยนั้นเชื่อว่า"ถ้าเราพัฒนาการเติบโตของGDPได้เราก็จะสามารถทำให้ประเทศพัฒนามากยิ่งขึ้น" น่าเสียดายที่แนวคิดดังกล่าวเริ่มส่งผลตั้งแต่ปี1970แนวคิดการพัฒนาทั้งGDPก็ดีหรือGNPก็ดีทำให้ภาคอุตสาหกรรมเติบโตอย่างรวดเร็ว(เพราะเชื่อว่าประสิทธิภาพของผลผลิตสูง) เกิดการส่งเสริมภาคอุตสาหกรรมเป็นจำนวนมากและในทางกลับกันภาคเกษตรกรก็ถูกตัดกำลังเป็นจำนวนมากไม่ว่าจะเป็นการกดราคาสินค้าเกษตรเพราะเชื่อว่าถ้าหากราคาสินค้าการเกษตรต่ำแล้วจะทำให้ค่าครองชีพถูกลงอย่างมาก
สุดท้ายภาคเกษตรก็จะต้องย้ายแรงงานของตนเข้าสู่ภาคอุตสาหกรรม จนเมื่อภาคอุตสาหกรรมเติบโตถึงขีดสุดจะเกิดเป็นปรากฎการณ์หลั่งริน(spill-over effect)ที่จะทำให้ความเจริญทั้งหมดไหลลงมาสู่ทุกภาคส่วนทางเศรษฐกิจ แต่แล้วเหตุการณ์จะเป็นอย่างไรโปรดติดตามต่อได้ในโพสหน้า
