ตั้งอยู่ทางทิศตะวันตกของเกาะตะรุเตา ห่างจากที่ทำการอุทยานฯ ประมาณ 8 กิโลเมตร อ่าวสนเป็นหาดทรายที่ทอดยาวมาก และยังเด่นด้วยหาดหินที่มีอยู่ประมาณ 200 เมตร โดยมีคลองน้ำกร่อยแบ่งแยกหาดทั้งสองออกจากกัน บริเวณชายหาดร่มรื่นและสงบเป็นส่วนตัว หาดนี้ยังเป็นที่วางไข่ของเต่าทะเล และเป็นจุดชมพระอาทิตย์ตกที่สวยงามอีกแห่งหนึ่งของเกาะอีกด้วย จากอ่าวสนมีเส้นทางเดินศึกษาธรรมชาติที่น่าสนใจสองเส้น คือ เส้นทางไปน้ำตกลูดู และเส้นทางไปน้ำตกโละโป๊ะ ซึ่งเป็นน้ำตกเล็ก ๆ ท่ามกลางป่าสมบูรณ์ สามารถค้างแรมบริเวณอ่าวสนได้ เพราะมีลานกางเต็นท์
