- ที่มาและความสำ คัญ
เนื่องจากปัจจุบันนี้ผักในท้องตลาดทั่วไปมีสารพิษตกค้างจากยาฆ่าแมลงหรือปุ๋ยเคมีต่างๆ และสารพิษหรือสารเคมีเหล่านั้นส่งผลเสียต่อร่างกายมนุษย์ จึงทำให้กลุ่มของกระผมคิดทำโครงงานนี้ขึ้นมาและเพื่อเพิ่มผลผลิตของผักให้สูงขึ้น จึงใช้ดินที่มีคุณภาพมากกว่าดินปกติ

- หลักการและเหตุผล
การปลูกผักที่ไม่มีสารพิษหรือผักอนามัยเป็นการลดปัญหาผักมีสารพิษในตลาดปัจจุบัน และเพื่อเพิ่มผลผลิตจึงต้องนำ ดินที่มีคุณภาพมากกว่าดินปกติมาปลูกผักของเรา ดังนั้นกลุ่มกระผมจึงคิดที่จะทดลองโดยนำ ดินขี้เถ้าผสมดินร่วนปกติ ผลดที่ได้คือผักอนามัยที่ปลูกได้ผลดีมากขึ้นกว่า 90% ของปริมาณผักที่ปลูกไว้
