วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้เป็นโครงการออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมภายในโรงแรมแมกโนเลีย เขาใหญ่ ซึ่ง เป็นโครงการพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ขนาดใหญ่ของบริษัทแมกโนเลียภายใต้ชื่อ Magnolias French Country khao yai Hotel ที่เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกลุ่มบริษัท DT GROUP เพื่อเป็นการขยายธุรกิจประเภทโรงแรมของแมกโนเลียให้เป็นที่รู้จักมากยิ่งขึ้น และยังเป็นการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเพื่อให้เกิดการตอบสนองทางด้านธุรกิจการลงทุนในประเทศ โดยการพัฒนาให้เป็นโรงแรมในระดับ ๕ ดาว ที่มีพื้นที่การออกแบบวางผังทางสถาปัตยกรรมภายใน ๑๑,๑๑๑.๕๖ ตารางเมตร ตั้งอยู่บนเนื้อที่ ๑๓ ไร่ ๒ งาน บริเวณ ต.หมูสี อ.ปากช่อง จ.นครราชสีมา ซึ่งอยู่ติดกับอุทยานแห่งชาติเขาใหญ่ ที่มีอัตราการเติบโตและการแข่งขันทางธุรกิจประเภทโรงแรมสูง จึงเป็นเป้าหมายการก่อตั้งเพื่อที่จะเป็นโรงแรมสำหรับการพักผ่อนตากอากาศ ในระดับ ๕ ดาว โดยมีแนวคิดของการออกแบบโดยรวมคือ “ไร่องุ่น” ซึ่งจะแบ่งแนวคิดย่อยของการออกแบบได้เป็น ๔ แบบคือ
๑. ไร่องุ่น จะทำการออกแบบในส่วนที่เป็น Lobby Fitness
๒. ห้องบ่มไวน์ จะทำการออกแบบในส่วนที่เป็น Restaurant Lobby Lounge Spa
๓. โรงนา จะออกแบบในส่วนที่เป็น Banquet and Function Room
๔. ห้องใต้หลังคา จะอกแบบในส่วนที่เป็นห้องพักทั้งหมด โดยจะมี Concept ย่อยของการออกแบบ
