Cypress’ Corporate Treasury Department is committed to a total quality approach to Stock Plan Administration and Services. This is the fifth annual survey we are conducting to collect your feedback on our third party service provider, E*TRADE. Last year’s surveys resulted in several positive changes including:
• Quarterly newsletters from E*TRADE
• Website enhancement for improved customer navigation at etrade.com, including quicker access to stock plan accounts, trading and research pages
• Cost basis communication and education, new Gains and Losses page and enhanced Tax Center at etrade.com
• Live Cost Basis training and Office Hours session at CSJ, CMI and WADC sites
• W8-BEN/W9 self-selection and tax certification status display
• New Good Through Date Order allowing participants to select a maximum period of time (up to two years) for orders to remain active
