งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเฉพาะกรณีเชิงคุณภาพ โดยกรณีเฉพาะสำหรับการวิจัยคือ นักศึกษาสาขาสถิติประยุกต์ ชั้นปีที 1-4 ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 20 คน คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี จ.ปทุมธานี วิธีการดำเนินงานวิจัยมี 4 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) การกำหนดหน่วยวิเคราะห์ 2) การกำหนดเครื่องมือรวบรวมข้อมูลและการตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือ 3) การรวบรวมข้อมูล และ 4) การเสนอข้อมูล
