สัญญานี้ทำขึ้นระหว่างบริษัท อาปิโก พลาสติค จำกัด (มหาชน) โดยนายเย็บ ซู ชวน และนางเตียว ลี งอ ตำแหน่งกรรมการบริษัท สำนักงานตั้งอยู่เลขที่ 358-358/1 หมู่ 17 นิคมอุตสาหกรรมบางพลี ตำบลบางเสาธง อำเภอบางเสาธง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ซึ่งในสัญญาต่อไปนี้เรียกว่า “ผู้ถูกจ้าง” ฝ่ายหนึ่ง
กับ บริษัท camplas (thailand)co.,ltd. ที่อยู่เลขที่ 700/147 moo.1 ซึ่งในสัญญาต่อไปนี้เรียกว่า “ผู้ว่าจ้าง” อีกฝ่ายหนึ่ง
ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้ตกลงทำสัญญาดังมีข้อความต่อไปนี้.-
