กรณีที่พนักงานที่หยุดงานโดยไม่ได้ปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนหรือระเบียบการลาดังกล่าวข้างต้นหรือหยุดงานโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากผู้บังคับบัญชา บริษัทจะถือว่า พนักงานผู้นั้นขาดงาน พนักงานผู้นั้นจะไม่มีสิทธิได้รับเงินค่าจ้างในวันที่ขาดงาน นอกจากนั้น บริษัทจะพิจารณาลงโทษพนักงานตามที่กำหนดไว้ในข้อบังคับนี้
