ข้อ 1. ในการติดต่อเกี่ยวกับบัญชีเงินฝาก ซึ่งผู้มอบอำนาจเปิดบัญชีไว้กับธนาคาร

1.3 บัญชีเงินฝากประจำเลขที่ 789-063-086-7 ณ สาขา รัชดา-สาธุประดิษฐ์ .
ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการนำเงินเข้าบัญชี ฝากเงิน สั่งจ่าย เบิก และ/หรือถอนเงินจากบัญชี และ/หรือปิดบัญชีดังกล่าวข้างต้น รวมทั้งแจ้งอายัด ระงับการจ่ายเงิน ถอนอายัดไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือแต่บางส่วน ขอซื้อเช็ค สลักหลังเช็ค หรือตั๋วเงินประเภทใด ๆ อันจะพึงมีหรือจำเป็นเกี่ยวข้องกับการบัญชีดังกล่าว ผู้มอบอำนาจขอมอบอำนาจให้บุคคลดังรายนามที่จะกล่าวต่อไปนี้เป็น “ผู้รับมอบอำนาจ” โดยให้มีอำนาจภายใต้เงื่อนไขตามที่ได้ระบุไว้

ข้อ 4. บรรดาการกระทำใด ๆ การใด ๆ ที่ผู้รับมอบอำนาจได้กระทำไปแล้วตามความในหนังสือมอบอำนาจฉบับนี้ ผู้มอบอำนาจยอมรับผูกพันเป็นการกระทำของผู้มอบอำนาจเองทุกประการ โดยให้มีผลใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันที่ลงในหนังสือฉบับนี้เป็นต้นไป และแม้ต่อไปภายหน้าจะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงกรรมการผู้ลงนามมอบอำนาจตามที่ปรากฎในหนังสือมอบอำนาจฉบับนี้ไม่ว่าท่านใดและ/หรือทั้งหมดก็ตาม ให้ถือว่าหนังสือมอบอำนาจฉบับนี้ยังคงมีผลผูกพันผู้มอบอำนาจตลอดไปจนกว่าธนาคารจะได้รับหนังสือแจ้งยกเลิกเพิกถอนหนังสือมอบอำนาจฉบับนี้เป็นประการอื่นจากผู้มอบอำนาจ
ข้อ 5. หากมีความเสียหายใดๆอันจะพึงเกิดแก่ผู้มอบอำนาจและ/หรือธนาคารจากการกระทำของผู้รับมอบอำนาจ ผู้มอบอำนาจจะไม่เรียกร้องค่าเสียหายใดๆ จากธนาคาร และจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชดใช้ค่าเสียหายทั้งจำนวน(ถ้ามี)ให้แก่ธนาคารแต่ผู้เดียวด้วย
