โครงงานนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างพาวเวอร์แบงค์ประจุพลังงานไฟฟ้าด้วยโซล่าเซลล์ เทอร์โมอิเล็กทริก ไฟฟ้าบ้าน และวัดค่ากระแสกับแรงดันด้วยไมโครคอนโทรลเลอร์ ตระกูลอาร์ดูโน่ให้สามารถทราบค่ากระแสกับแรงดันของแบตเตอรี่ขณะใช้งานได้ การทำงานผู้ใช้สามารถเลือกรูปแบบการประจุพลังงานได้ตามความต้องการ แบบที่หนึ่ง ประจุจากไฟฟ้าบ้าน 220V ผ่านสายชาร์จต่อด้วยกับอะแดปเตอร์ แบบที่สอง ประจุไฟฟ้าด้วยพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ โดยการนำพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์มาแปลงเป็นพลังงานไฟฟ้าผ่านแผงโซล่าเซลล์ แบบที่สาม ประจุพลังงานไฟฟ้าจากแผ่นความร้อนเทอร์โมอิเล็กทริกวัสดุที่สามารถเปลี่ยนพลังงานความร้อนให้เป็นพลังงานไฟฟ้าได้ ซึ่งทั้งสามแบบอาศัยวงจรชาร์จไฟเข้าไปเก็บไว้ในแบตเตอรี่ขนาดความจุ 2600 mAh จำนวน 4 ก้อน โดยไมโครคอนโทรลเลอร์ตระกูลอาร์ดูโน่ควบคุมการวัดค่ากระแสกับแรงดันขณะใช้งานแสดงผลผ่านจอแสดงผลแอลซีดี
