บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยในการเลือกเรียนวิชาโทภาษาญี่ปุ่นของนิสิตสาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ วิทยาลัยการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ปีการศึกษา 2558 งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ(Survey Research) กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นิสิตเอกสาขาภาษาอังกฤษที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนวิชาโทญี่ปุ่น จำนวน 80 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม การวิจัยครั้งนี้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การหาค่าร้อยละ(Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย(Mean) และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน(Standard Deviation)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าปัจจัยในการเลือกเรียนภาษาญี่ปุ่นใน 3 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ การวางแผนชีวิต เนื่องจากต้องการวางแผนชีวิตเพื่อในอนาคตจะได้ประกอบอาชีพที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาษาญี่ปุ่นและเพื่อพัฒนาตนเองเพื่อให้ตนเองมีความรู้ทางด้านภาษาต่างประเทศเพิ่มมากขึ้น ปัจจัยด้านครอบครัว เนื่องจากมีความคาดหวังจากทางครอบครัวและการสนับสนุนจากทางครอบครัว และปัจจัยด้านความสนใจในประเทศญี่ปุ่นเนื่องจากความสนใจในภาษา ภาพยนตร์และเพลง ประวัติศาสตร์ วัฒนธรรมและนักแสดง นักร้อง ตามลำดับ
