ข้อ 7. การชำระค่าปรับตามข้อ 6 “ผู้เช่า” จะต้องชำระค่าปรับเป็นรายวันต่อ“ผู้ให้เช่า” ถ้าไม่ชำระ“ผู้เช่า”ยินดีให้ดำเนินคดีอาญาฐานบุกรุกได้ทันที และ “ผู้ให้เช่า” มีสิทธิสั่งและขนย้ายของของ“ผู้เช่า”ออกไปทิ้งหรือจำหน่ายและให้ดำเนินคดีทางแพ่งเรียกค่าเสียหายจาก“ผู้เช่า” ได้อีกทางหนึ่งด้วย
ข้อ 8. หาก “ผู้เช่า” เข้าพักอาศัยไม่ถึง 6 เดือนตามสัญญาที่กำหนดไว้ข้างต้น “ผู้เช่า” จะถูกปรับเป็นจำนวนเงิน 3,000 บาท/ห้อง โดยหักจากเงินค่าประกันความเสียหาย “ผู้เช่า”ต้องแจ้งการย้ายออกล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 1 เดือนและจ่ายค่าทำความสะอาด 200 บาท
ข้อ 9. “ผู้ให้เช่า” หรือผู้แทนไม่มีสิทธิเข้าตรวจค้นห้องพักของ“ผู้เช่า”ยกเว้นการกระผิดสัญญา ผิดกฎหมายและเหตุฉุกเฉิน
ข้อ 10. ห้าม “ผู้เช่า” นำสัตว์มาเลี้ยงภายในห้อง
