การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กบ้านเป้า สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านเป้า อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กบ้านเป้า สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านเป้า อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 81 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) ชนิดมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า (Rating Scale) ชนิด 5 ระดับ ตามวิธีการของ เรนซิสลิเคอร์ท (Rensis Likert) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ความถี่และค่าร้อยละและ การหา ค่าเฉลี่ย, ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
ส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กบ้านเป้า สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านเป้า อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ในด้านต่าง ๆ คือ 1) ด้านกายภาพ 2) ด้านวิชาการ 3) ด้านการจัดการ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาในรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกข้อ โดยเรียงค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านกายภาพ ด้านการจัดการและด้านวิชาการ
