ความพึงพอใจการก่อสร้าง/ซ่อมแซมถนนในตำบลโพธิ์
การศึกษานี้เป็นการศึกษาความพึงพอใจการก่อสร้าง/ซ่อมแซมถนนในตำบลโพธิ์ โดย
ใช้งบประมาณในการก่อสร้าง/ซ่อมแซมถนนจากองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโพธิ์ และ
งบประมาณจากหน่วยงานอื่นๆ วัตถุประสงค์ของงานวิจัยคือ เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจในการ
เดินทางของประชาชนในตำบลโพธิ์ ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้ทำการเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง
จานวน50 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเพื่อเก็บข้อมูลความพึงพอใจในด้านข้อมุลการให้บริการ, การ
อำนวยความสะดวก, การบำรุงรักษาคุณภาพของถนน, การจัดการก่อสร้าง/ซ่อมแซมถนน, ความ
ปลอดภัย และการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชน ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่าความพึงพอใจด้านการจัดการ
ก่อสร้าง/ซ่อมแซมถนน อยู่ในระดับมาก ในขณะที่ความพึงพอใจด้านอื่นๆอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ผล
การศึกษาครั้งนี้ สามารถนาไปใช้ในการปรับปรุงการท างานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโพธิ์
