PATTAYA-May 29, 2014 [PDN];- at 12.00 pm. Pol.Maj.Kriengkraiwut Buakla-investigation inspector of Pattaya police station- was notified that a foreigner had been found dead in a room no.211 in an apartment in Pattaya Tai. After notification the police immediately rushed to the scene with the tourism police and Sawang Borriboon Thammasatharn rescue team.

At the scene they found the decomposed and naked body of a Mr.Spencer John Kenneth Edwin. The body had no signs of fight or foul play. It's expected that he had been dead for 3-4 days. They also found no signs of robbery but found lots of antibiotics.



Upon questioning Mr Akkarapol Saraphoka aged 31 who looks after the apartment revealed that Mr Spencer had rented the room since April,2013. He knew that Mr Spencer had a congenital disease and he had continuously been to hospital. He also said he hadn't seen Mr Spencer for days therefore he decided to check his room after he noticed a very bad smell coming from inside and when they opened the door they found him dead inside.

After investigation the police expected that Mr Spencer died from a heart attack. However the rescue team sent the body for an autopsy at the Police Hospital in order to find out the real cause of death.
