กระผม นายวัลลภ จินตานนท์ ผู้จัดการแผนกความปลอดภัย และ สิ่งแวดล้อม บริษัทไทยเรยอนจำกัด มหาชนได้รับมอบหมายจากบริษัทฯ
ให้ทำหน้าที่เป็นพิธีกรกล่าวนำ การซ้อมแผนอพยพหนีไฟประจำปี พศ 2557 ในวันนี้
ก่อนอื่นกระผมขอแจ้ง วัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดงานครั้งนี้ให้ทุกท่านได้รับทราบร่วมกันดังนี้
1. เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าอบรม ได้มีความรู้ในหลักการส และวิธีการควบคุมเหตุฉุกเฉิน เพลิงไหม้
2. เพื้ให้สถานประกอบการได้มีการซ้อมดับเพลิง และ อพยพหนีไฟตามกฏหมาย
3. เพื่อให้มีการปรับปรุงแผนให้เหมาะสมกับสถานประกอบการ สำหรับซ้อมในครั้งต่อๆ ไป
4. เพื่อให้ผู้ที่รับผิดชอบ และ พนักงานได้ทราบ และ เข้าใจบทบาท หน้าที่ เมื่อเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉินเพลิงไหม้สามารถที่จะอพยพนักงานไปไว้ในที่ปลอดภัยได้โดยไม่เกิดความเสียหาย
5. เพื่อทดสอบอุปกรณ์ดับเพลิง และ สัญญาณแจ้งเหตุ
6. เพื่อการมีส่วนร่ามในการฝึกซ้อมของหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง

บัดนี้ได้เวลาอันสมควรแล้ว จึงขอเรียนเชิญท่านประธาน คุณบุญลือ ศาสตรเพชร สวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานจังหวัดอ่างทองกล่าวเปิดงาน


2. ลำดับต่อไปเป็นการรายงานขั้นตอนการซ้อมแผนดับเพลิง และ อพยพหนีไฟ โดย คุณ รัฐเขต เจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัย ประจำบริษัทไทยเรยอนจำกัดมหาชน
