การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบสีของแสงที่มีผลต่อการออกดอกของเห็ดนางฟ้า โดยวิธีการเพาะเห็ดนางฟ้าภายใต้แสงสีที่ต่างกัน ได้แก่ สีขาว สีม่วงและไม่ให้แสง ใช้ก้อนเชื้อเห็ดนางฟ้าจำนวน 15 ก้อน แบ่งการทดลองออกเป็น 3 ชุดการทดลอง ชุดการทดลองละ 5 ก้อน ได้แก่ (1)ชุดการทดลองที่ 1 ให้แสงสีขาว (2)ชุดการทดลองที่ 2 ให้แสงสีม่วง (3)ชุดการทดลองที่ 3 ไม่ให้แสง
จากการทดลองพบว่าแสงสีม่วงสามารถทำให้เห็ดสร้างเส้นใยได้ใน 3 วัน แสงสีขาวสามารถทำให้เห็ดสร้างเส้นใยได้ใน 4 วัน และการเพาะเห็ดในสภาพที่ไม่ให้แสงสีใดๆเห็ดใช้เวลาสร้างเส้นใย 5 วัน เมื่อให้แสงสีต่างๆไปจนดอกเห็ดเริ่มบานและโตขึ้น พบว่าสีของดอกเห็ดภายใต้แสงสีต่างๆมีสีที่ต่างกัน คือ ดอกเห็ดที่อยู่ภายใต้แสงสีขาวและแสงสีม่วงจะมีสีที่ค่อนข้างคล้ำ แต่ดอกเห็ดที่ออกดอกโดยที่ไม่ให้แสงจะมีสีขาวน่ารับประทาน และหลังจากที่เส้นใยของเห็ดรวมตัวกันเป็นตุ่มเห็ดพบว่าอัตราการเจริญเติบโตของดอกเห็ดภายใต้แสงสีต่างๆมีความแตกต่างกันไม่มากนัก โดยเห็ดที่เพาะภายใต้แสงสีม่วงจะเจริญเติบโตก่อนเห็ดที่เพาะภายใต้แสงสีขาวและไม่ให้แสง เนื่องจากมีการสร้างเส้นใยได้ก่อน
