เกี่ยวกับลักษณะทางธรรมชาติ คือ ปริมาณน้ำฝน ความลาดชันของพื้นที่ ความหนาแน่นของทางน้ำ
และความสามารถในการระบายน้ำของดิน ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับลักษณะทางกายภาพที่มนุษย์สร้าง
