จากการที่ได้สำรวจนักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏหมู่บ้านจอมบึง 10 ท่าน ที่ได้พูดถึงว่าภาษาอังกฤษเป็นวิชาที่เรียนรู้ยาก ในการทำรายงานเล่มนี้จึงจัดทำขึ้นมาเพื่อได้ทราบถึงปัญหาของนักศึกษาที่มีปัญหาดังนี้
สาเหตุหลัก คือ นักศึกษาที่มีพื้นฐานด้านภาษาอังกฤษน้อย
สาเหตุรอง คือ นกศึกษาคิดว่าภาษาอังกฤษไม่จำเป็นต่อการดำรงชีวิต
สาเหตุสุดท้าย คือ นักศึกษาไม่สนใจเรียนภาษาอังกฤษ
