การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบถึงความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของครูศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กในเขต อำเภอปักธงชัย จังหวัด นครราชสีมาประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้า ผู้บริหารเทศบาลตำบลนางแล อำเภอเมือง
จังหวัดนครราชสีมาผู้ปกครองนักเรียน ผู้บริหารคณะกรรมการของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กและครูผู้ดูแลเด็ก ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ การวิจัยเรื่อง ความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของครูศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กในเขต อำเภอปักธงชัย จังหวัด นครราชสีมา
สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ(Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean)

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจในการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กและยังขาดงบประมาณในการบริหารงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กให้ได้ระดับมาตรฐาน ส่วนใหญ่ขาดการมีส่วนร่วมการบริหารงาน และพบว่ายังขาดปัจจัยหลายอย่างที่เป็นปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กเทศบาลตำบลนางแล อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงราย
