ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่อการเข้าเรียนสายของนักศึกษาภาคปกติ คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์มากที่สุดคือ ปัจจัยด้านการเรียนอยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดเท่ากับ 3.63 รองลงมาคือปัจจัยด้านตนเอง อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.15 และรองลงมาคือปัจจัย
ด้านสภาพแวดล้อม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดเท่ากับ 2.93 นักศึกษามีการเข้าเรียนสาย
โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.20
