2. จัดที่ดินทำกินและที่อยู่อาศัยให้แก่เกษตรกรในพื้นที่ประมาณ 20,000 ไร่ (16%)
3. จัดพื้นที่ลุ่มน้ำให้มีน้ำเพียงพอต่อการประกอบการเกษตรกรรมและการอุปโภคบริโภค ตลอดปี
3.1 พื้นที่การเกษตรไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 70 มีน้ำเพียงพอ
3.2 ครัวเรือนไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 มีน้ำเพียงพออุปโภคบริโภค
4. พัฒนาอาชีพในและนอกภาคเกษตรกรรม เพื่อยกระดับรายได้ของราษฎรกลุ่มเป้าหมายให้มีรายได้ไม่ต่ำกว่า 100,000 บาท ต่อครัวเรือนต่อปี

อำเภอบ้านโฮ่ง 1 ตำบล 1 หมู่บ้าน
