บุคคลใดหลีกเลี่ยงหรือขัดขืนไม่มาให้คณะกรรมการตรวจเลือกเข้ากองประจำการตามหมายเรียกของนายอำเภอก็ดี หรือหลีกเลี่ยงหรือขัดขืนเพื่อจะไม่เข้ารับราชการทหารกองประจำการตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ก็ดี หรือเข้ารับราชการทหารกองประจำการแทนผู้อื่นก็ดี หรือเรียก หรือรับ หรือยอมว่าจะรับทรัพย์สินหรือผลประโยชน์แก่ตนเองหรือผู้อื่นเพื่อรับสัญญาว่าจะเหลือผู้หนึ่งผู้ใดมิให้ต้องเข้ารับราชการทหารกองประจำการก็ดี มีความผิดต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี
