บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาเพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้บริโภคที่มีต่อแคบหมูสุรภีร์ ในตลาดสี่แยกน้อย ตำบลข่วงเปา อำเภอจอมทอง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่กลุ่มตัวอย่างของการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือกลุ่มที่บริโภคและเลือกซื้อแคบหมูสุรภีร์ (คุณสรุภีร์วงค์วัน) จำนวน 150 รายโดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามตอนที่ 1 เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับลักษณะส่วนบุคคลได้แก่ เพศ อายุ อาชีพ และรายได้แบบสอบถามตอนที่ 2 เป็นคำถามเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจของผู้บริโภคที่มีต่อแคบหมูสุรภีร์ในส่วนของคุณสมบัติเป็นหลัก และข้อมูลที่ได้รับจากการสอบถามถูกนำมาประมวลผลวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ค่าร้อยละ และค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต
