ขนาดของอนุภาค (particle size) ด้วยเครื่องสั่นสะเทือน
ยี่ห้อ Retsch รุ่น AS200 digit โดยใช้ตะแกรงขนาด 40
60 80 100 140 และ 200 เมช จากนั้นนำรำข้าวมาบดด้วย
เครื่องบดยี่ห้อ Perten รุ่น laboratory Mill 3100 ให้มีความ
ละเอียด 80-100 เมช และทำการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ
ทางเคมีของรำข้าวสกัดน้ำมัน ได้แก่ ปริมาณ โปรตีน
