หากบริษัทไม่เห็นด้วยกับหนังสือฉบับน

หากบริษัทไม่เห็นด้วยกับหนังสือฉบับนี้ จะต้องยื่นหนังสือต่อสำนักบริหารภาษีธุรกิจขนาดใหฯ่ภายใน 15 วัน นับแต่วันที่ได้รับหนังสือฉบับนี้ โดยระบุข้อโต้แย้งและข้อเท็จจริงหรือข้อกฎหมายที่อ้างอิงประกอบด้วย ตามมาตรา 44 แห่งพระราชบัญญัติวิธีปฏิบัติราชการทางปกครอง พ.ศ.2539
