งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบติดตามย้อนหลัง (Retrospective longitudinal study) โดยเก็บข้อมูลย้อนหลังจากเวชระเบียนผู้ป่วยนอกและใน เพื่อศึกษาอุบัติการณ์การเกิดและความรุนแรงของภาวะปลายประสาทอักเสบจากการใช้สูตรยาเคมีบำบัดที่มี oxaliplatin ในผู้ป่วยโรคมะเร็งลำไส้ใหญ่และลำไส้ตรง
ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง
ประชากร คือ ผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการวินิจฉัยจากแพทย์ว่าเป็นโรคมะเร็งลำไส้ใหญ่และลำไส้ตรง ซึ่งได้รับการรักษาด้วยสูตรยาเคมีบำบัดที่มี oxaliplatin
กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการวินิจฉัยจากแพทย์ว่าเป็นโรคมะเร็งลำไส้ใหญ่และลำไส้ตรง ซึ่งได้รับการรักษาด้วยสูตรยาเคมีบำบัดที่มี oxaliplatin ณ หอผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรม ศัลยกรรม โรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครเชียงใหม่ระหว่างวันที่ 1 มิถุนายน 2556 ถึง 31 กรกฎาคม 2558
