Abstract
โครงงาน ASEAN FOOD เป็นโครงงานจัดทำขึ้นเพื่อให้นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ทุกคน ได้มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับอาหารต่างๆ ในกลุ่มประเทศอาเซียน เพื่อเป็นการเพิ่มความรู้ที่จะก้าวสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนที่ได้เปิดมาแล้วใน พ.ศ. 2558 ในลักษณะงานกลุ่ม โดยการสืบค้นข้อมูลทางอินเตอร์เน็ต หรือจากเอกสารต่างๆ แล้วนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาจัดทำเป็นเล่มรายงาน แล้วนำเสนอข้อมูลของตนเองต่อไป
จากการให้นักเรียนทำโครงงาน ASEAN FOOD พบว่านักเรียนทุกกลุ่มสามารถจดจำรายละเอียดของอาหารที่โดดเด่นของแต่ละประเทศในรูปแบบที่เป็นภาษาอังกฤษได้ผลงานที่ดี มีหัวข้อในการศึกษาค้นคว้า ในเรื่องอาหารประจำชาติ นอกจากนี้ นักเรียนยังสามารถนำเสนอความรู้ใหม่ๆแก่เพื่อนคนอื่นๆที่อยู่ในชั้นเรียนได้อีกด้วย ทำให้ทุกคนรู้จักกลุ่มประเทศในแถบอาเซียนมากยิ่งขึ้น
