การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพการบริการด้านทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ ความพึงพอใจและความคาดหวังของผู้ใช้บริการด้านทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ โดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้ใช้บริการศูนย์บรรณสารและสื่อการศึกษา จำนวน 310 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย (Sample Random Sampling)เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับเรื่องดังกล่าวข้างต้น นำมาวิเคราะห์และสถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการการศึกษาพบว่า คุณภาพการบริการด้านทรัพยากรสารสนเทศของศูนย์บรรณสารและสื่อการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความคิดเห็น 4 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก คือด้านการบริการทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ ด้านการบริการศูนย์บรรณสารและสื่อการศึกษา ความพึงพอใจการบริการด้านทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ ความคาดหวังการบริการด้านทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ
